1. EO Commitment.
EOdigitalphoto (“EO”, for short) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance
with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA").
2. EO Privacy Policy.
This brief write-up explains what personal data is collected and why, how long EO keeps the
data, EO’s security measures and how EO addresses data requests. “Personal data” means any
information about yourself which can be identified from the information you provided, as defined under the PDPA.
3. What information does EO collect?
EO collects basic information about how to contact you with regards to the services we provide.
This information is collected when you purchase our products through, for example order slips,
our website when you download your order or when you communicate with us by email, sms, or phone.
4. What do we do with the information?
EO collects information to provide products and services and communicate with you on matters
relevant to your order or interest in EO. We will not provide your personal data to any third
parties except as permitted under the PDPA, such as in response to law enforcement agencies.
By providing personal data to EO you are consenting for EO to collect and use this information
for the purpose for which the information was collected or to be used, and any other related
purposes. This includes allowing EO to complete your order, marketing EO products and services, and your consent to receive notifications from EO on such products and services.
5. How long does EO keep the information?
We will keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the above mentioned purposes and take reasonable measures to destroy any personal data that is no longer necessary.

All your personal data is kept confidential and EO takes all reasonable measures to protect it
from unauthorized or accidental access, processing or loss.

Should you wish to be removed from EO’s customer database at any time, or if you believe EO
has incorrect information about you, please contact us. By contacting us, you may update your
personal information, opt out of any EO communications you may be receiving, or choose to be
removed from the database altogether.
